We process booking data to perform our contract with you (running your session) and, for optional marketing, on your consent. Nothing else. You can withdraw consent any time without affecting past processing.

Nothing on this site or in our policies limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law — our services come with guarantees that can't be excluded.

Liability

Escape rooms involve dim light in some games and physical props. We maintain the venue and equipment to keep sessions safe, and players sign a waiver on arrival. The waiver doesn't remove any rights the law says can't be removed.

Intellectual property

Room designs, puzzle mechanisms, text and photos on this site belong to Cazinnie Room Pty Ltd. Don't copy the puzzles — that's the whole business — and don't photograph inside rooms during play.

Disputes

Problems get sorted by talking first. If that fails, disputes go to Queensland courts under Queensland law.

We apply them as a matter of policy, yes — access, deletion, portability, the lot. Australian law doesn't force us to, we just think it's the right way to treat customer data. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

You do. Team photos are taken on your phone or ours and sent to you — we never post them anywhere without asking first, in writing.
